Probably many have heard this phrase when they were kids \”Finish your veggies son!\” and swore not eat them at all after growing up.

This might sound disappointing if you\’re one of them. If you want to have a healthy and normally functioning body then you will have to eat those damn fruits and veg. Future looks depressing, doesn\’t it?
