Reduce puffiness with a Facial Toning Exercise Plan

Tagged Under : , , , , , , , , , , , ,

Many people are using facial toning programs as a means to hide their age. Facial toning techniques can be the best way to reduce sagging skin and give us a more youthful appearance. There are three main varieties of toning methods including cosmetic, surgical and non-surgical methods.

Although there are hundreds of toning products on the market, the majority all use the same action to achieve their results. They use different products to either repair broken collagen bonds or to encourage the skin to form newer, stronger bonds and this both firms and tones the skin. Collagen bonds are at their highest levels when we are younger and our skin is the most toned and supple. Whenever possible you need to research the ingredients in your products and lean towards those which have natural ingredients rather than large amounts of chemicals and possible toxins.

You can also use non-surgical methods to increase the amount of collagen in the skin, often through the use of ultrasound or radiofrequency waves. One example of this is a new procedure called Thermage. It uses radiofrequency waves which heat the skin. This causes the body to build new collagen bonds to firm and tone the skin and repair any damaged collagen bonds as well. Strengthening facial muscles can also tighten the skin and you may want to try making unusual facial expressions in order to work them all equally.

If none of these work or you want intense facial toning effects, you need to consider a partial or full face lift. Although the most extreme, it can be very effective especially if you only need a partial face lift. When you have a face lift, your extra skin and fat are removed. The facial muscles may also be cut and then sewn together again so that the face looks much more toned as a result. There are no other toning methods that are as effective as a face lift, but there are also no other methods with as many potential side effects.

By looking into each of these methods, you can pick the one that is best for you. It can give you the tight, toned facial skin you have always wanted and make you happier overall with your appearance. Because it is your face you want to make sure that you are taking the time to learn everything about the procedure you have selected so that you can achieve the maximum benefit while reducing the chances of negative side effects.

So many people spend hundreds and thousands of dollars for facial skin care yet neglect the chin, throat and neck areas. But here’s the good news: you do not have to blow lots of moolah for your face, chin, neck and throat to be in great condition.

Everyone who has a double chin would love to get rid of it whether they admit it or not. This is because having a double chin does not make you look younger. It also makes you appear rather unhealthy to others.

Consider losing weight if your weight is over that which is right for your height and built. You’ve got to start working out at least one hour on a daily basis to lose excessive weight. A double chin, however, is not just a sign of being overweight.

Having a bad chin, neck and throat muscle tone can also give you a double chin. Performing facial exercises daily will help trim that unwanted double chin. Below are some easy yet effective double chin exercises to put your chin, neck and throat muscles in shape.

Exercise no 1: Sit erect, tilt your head back and look at the ceiling. Your lips should be closed and relaxed while doing this. Now part your lips and push your tongue in a downward direction as if you want the tip of your tongue and chin to touch. Hold for ten seconds and return to your head and tongue to their normal position.

Exercise two: Sit upright and move your chin upward to look at the ceiling. Then start a chewing motion with your lips closed. You should feel your neck and throat muscles working while doing this. Chew for a count of twenty.

Exercise no. 3: Lie down on your bed with your head hanging down at the edge. Gradually bring your head up towards your body. Keep this position for ten counts. Then bring your head hanging down and relax again prior to repeating the exercise.

You should do the three exercises at least five times daily, eat the healthiest food and get enough rest to get rid of double chin in four weeks.
