We all want to look and feel great, by doing this we need to have good Health and Fitness. We need to eat healthy and have fitness in our lives in order to have a good mental health as well as physical. If you want to achieve good health then you must eat well and treat your body well with exercise, water and wear clothes that fit properly. With a combination of all these we can achieve a healthy body.

To feel good about one’s self then the basic is to get the right nutrition into the body. Eating a colorful variety of fruit and vegetables is one step to getting the proper nutrition. Vitamins such as vitamin A, vitamin D, B12, C and Zinc are just some of the things that the body needs to function at an optimum level. Getting the right amount of vitamins will make the body feel a lot better and have more energy; it will also help reduce disease chances.

Taking care of our bodies is best to reach a long happy life, and we must not harm them. Smoking, taking drugs, alcohol and fatty foods hurts our bodies, so it is best to stay away from these. We need to make correct decisions, healthy decisions that effect everyone not just ourselves. We all want to be there a long time for our children not just die of an early age because of what we put into our bodies that are unhealthy.

One of the best ways to keep fit is by exercising such as walking, aerobics or calisthenics. Exercising will give you lots of energy, stretch and tone your muscles and make your body healthier which in turn will make you live longer.

On the outside, sure makeup makes us feel better but putting these chemicals on our bodies can also be harmful it will clog pores on your skin and therefore create pimples and cause infections. Using products more organically will help our environment as well as be healthier for your face.

Another way to look fit and healthy is to wear proper fitting clothing. Clothes that are not too tight or baggy help to boost our physic and make one more attractive. To be fit in all aspects we must reflect on our mental health and self-esteem. Our mental health takes a big part in how we feel and how fully fit we are, so it is best to take care of our mental status.

We need to look at our lives and think about everyone in our life close to us by doing this we can take little steps and exercise and eat healthy. Exercising and eating right is a challenge at first but if you weigh the options of not doing it then being healthy outweighs the cons of being unhealthy.
