To be fit in all aspects we must reflect on our mental health and self-esteem. Our mental health takes a big part in how we feel and how fully fit we are, so it is best to take care of our mental status.
We need to look at our lives and think about everyone in our life close to us by doing this we can take little steps and exercise and eat healthy. Exercising and eating right is a challenge at first but if you weigh the options of not doing it then being healthy outweighs the cons of being unhealthy.
