The truth is, nicotine does not present the characteristics of a physical addiction. The real cause of the difficulty to simply quit smoking cigarettes is the Psychological Smoking Mechanism. If you stop cigarettes and don\’t remove this mechanism, you will continue to be a smoker who isn\’t smoking right now. It is the real reason why the smoker, after being off cigarettes for weeks or months, is compelled to start again.

I do not know one single person that actually picks up a cigarette and says to themselves that it was lovely, that smoking really tastes great. Do you know anyone that does, i do not think so. You know you have to quit, your body rejects smoke. It makes you cough, and your lungs nearly come out of your mouth, and your body is screaming out to you to tell you this is bad stuff. You probably started smoking because you were young and dumb, and in your mind you though that it would be cool to smoke, or you wanted to be big, and as you smoked more and more cigarettes you became more and more addicted.

If you keep on smoking, how much older do you think it will make you look in a few years from now? You know you want to quit smoking, and that you are addicted. There are a couple of things you can get to stop smoking, like pills and patches and inhalers and chewing gum. But all these programs have a very low success rate, and not many people really kick the habit using these.

Control Your Life For Maximum Results

By taking charge and treating your body like a factory you can begin managing it as a manager might control an assembly line. The more good food you eat and the more you exercise, the more efficient and powerful your body is. If you’re having a difficult time being motivated, try to imagine yourself a little cartoon manager who literally controls how your body moves and acts.

Manage Your Time: We all want more time and we all complain about not having enough. The key to time management is a little bit of planning mixed with a little bit of flexibility Again, just doing things for the sake of doing them is not good enough. You need to treat your schedule as a manager would: prioritize the things that have to get done and the things that need to get done. Once your gain control over your time everything else will fall into place.

Becoming a manager of your finances, your wellness and your time will pay you back a million fold as you improve your management skills. Stop being a worker and give yourself a promotion – right to the manager’s office!
